There are various organizations who are providing MOOC courses, UGC for post-graduate education, CEC for under-graduate education, NCERT & NIOS for school education, IGNOU for out of the school students and for management studies.
Qualifying students will be given certificates based on their involvement and performance. Participation certificate and Completion certificate will be issued by Commonwealth Educational Media Centre for Asia (CEMCA).
- SWAYAM (MOOCS Courses through Swayam)
SWAYAM is a platform which provides MOOC courses from all organizations (UGC, IGNOU, NCERT, etc).
This program is a Govt. of India initiative and designed to achieve the three cardinal principles of Education Policy viz., access, equity and quality.
The objective of this effort is to take the best teaching learning resources to all.
This is done through an indigenously developed IT platform that facilitates hosting of all the courses, taught in classrooms from prematric till post-graduation to be accessed by anyone, anywhere at any time. All the courses are interactive, prepared by the best teachers in the country and are available to the residents in India.

These courses are approved by SWAYAM. HCF offers students to opt SWAYAM courses https://swayam.gov.in as open/ departmental elective.
